SENDING US YOUR ARTWORK

Supplied artwork must be in a suitable condition for professional menu printing as the end result is derived from the quality of the initial artwork.

Please note that all text should be converted to curves (or rasterised) before sending to us.

The file formats we accept are

  • Adobe Illustrator (EPS & AI)

  • Corel Draw (EPS & AI)

  • Microsoft Word

  • Open Office

You can email artwork direct to our studio at william.plane@btconnect.com. For files over 10mb please click the link mailbigfile.com below using william.plane@btconnect.com as the recipient.

Please ensure that files sizes are less than 100Mb.

proofing

Before any menu printing takes place the customer must sign off their design which is either emailed or posted to them for their approval. This is to check that the design and layout of their menu is exactly what they require. Menus4u.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any errors in print after the menu artwork has been signed off by the customer. Customers can approve their menu design via email in turn giving Menus4u.co.uk the go-ahead for their menu printing.
